Can I change my order?
Orders can be changed as long as the order has not been proccessed already or dispatched.
How do I receive email updates?
To recieve email updates on exclusive deals, special offers and upcoming collections just sign up to our mailing list which can be found at the bottom of this page.
How do I know if the product is available in stock?
To check the product availablity it will say on the item page that it is out of stock on and on your wishlist. Otherwise, if unstated, the item is available in stock.

Where do I find the care instructions for my items?
The care instructions can be found on the product page under additional information.
What payment method do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards as well as PayPal.
When will my card be charged?
After you have bought the products you will be charged immediately but it may take a few days for the payment to be processed and show on your bank statement.
What currencies can I pay in?
As of right now we only accept payment in Sterling (pounds).

What are your delivery methods and costs?
We use tracked deliveries so we know if you have received your delivery. For anyone whose order is over £50, you get free standard delivery. Otherwise standard delivery is £3.50 which are both delivered within 3-5 working days excluding weekends and public holidays.
How do I find out the status of my order?
As we use tracked shipping, once the products have been despatched we will send you a tracking number so that you are able to track your order.
Can I recycle the packaging?
Yes, you can! They can be recycled in your blue bins or recycling areas. We use recyclable packaging to help reduce waste in landfills.

Can I exchange my item?
Yes, the items are exchangeable but within a 14-day window. Visit our Deliveries, Exchanges & Returns to find out more.
How do I package my item for return?
To package your item you can re-use the box that we packaged the item in. Otherwise, you may use any other form of packaging to send back to us.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be processed as soon as we receive the products. Please allow up to 10 to 14 working days for your refund to be processed. You will receive a confirmatory email of the refund once it has been completed.
Will shipping be refunded if I return my item?
If you paid for shipping to get your items it will not be refunded back to you once you return the items.
